This antibody was raised against recombinant mouse calretinin. The antibody reacts with calretinin from all species examined to date, including bovine, rat, mouse, chicken, monkey and human. Excellent staining found in immunohistochemistry on floating sections of 4% PFA-fixed specimens (see figure 1).
